Fildena CT is prescribed for:

• Treatment of erectile dysfunction in men
• Pulmonary arterial hypertension (marketed as Revatio)

Dosage Instructions

For erectile dysfunction:

• Take 30-60 minutes before sexual activity
• Maximum once per day
• Effects last 4-6 hours
• Requires sexual stimulation

For pulmonary hypertension:

• Standard dose: three times daily
• Maintain 4-6 hour intervals

Critical Safety Information

Do not combine with:

• Nitrate medications (including heart medications)
• Recreational "poppers"
• Riociguat (Adempas)

Seek immediate medical help for:

• Erections lasting over 4 hours
• Sudden vision changes
• Chest pain during activity

Important Precautions

• Store at room temperature (15-30°C)
• Avoid alcohol
• Report all medications to your doctor
• Not for use with other ED treatments

Note: May cause dangerous blood pressure drops when combined with nitrates. Never exceed prescribed dosage.
